CANCELLATION POLICY
Hey lovelies! 💖 To ensure everyone gets their glow on, please note our cancellation policy: Any cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a 25% charge of the total service. 🕰️✨ Setting up and prepping takes time, and those lovely products aren't free! 💸 I hate to bring this up, but ghosting and last-minute cancellations have made it necessary. 👻 I adore you all and appreciate your continued support! 😘 Thanks for understanding! 💋 Appointment Confirmation Policy Due to an overwhelming volume of bookings and to ensure that all confirmed clients receive the best possible experience, we must implement a firm but fair policy. Your appointment is not officially secured until you have completed and submitted all required forms and waivers AND confirmed the appointment via the text message or email you receive. If we do not receive your fully completed documentation and your text/email confirmation within 24 hours of your booking request, the reservation will be automatically cancelled to make that time slot available for other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule effectively.
