Your appointment is not officially secured until you have completed and submitted all required forms and waivers AND confirmed the appointment via the text message or email you receive. If we do not receive your fully completed documentation and your text/email confirmation within 24 hours of your booking request, the reservation will be automatically cancelled to make that time slot available for other clients.
