My passion is helping every client understand their skin, feel comfortable in their own body, and create a realistic path toward their skincare goals. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Empowered Elegance By Sami, I completely understand that life happens. Unexpected things come up, schedules change, and I truly appreciate communication whenever possible. (To keep Empowered Elegance cancellation fee free let's work together!) Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I prepare each experience with time, care, and intention. Because of this, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. After 3 cancellations, clients will be placed into a deposit-required category for future appointments. This helps protect the time that has been reserved for you, while also allowing me to continue providing the best experience possible for every client. My time is valuable, and so is yours — this policy simply helps us respect both. Thank you so much for understanding and for supporting my small business.
